What we store. Your name and contact details (phone, email), your lesson and payment history, and — where it matters for safety — an emergency contact, your date of birth, and any medical conditions you choose to share with us.

Why. To organise and run your lessons and rentals, settle payments, and keep you safe on the water. We ask only for what the operation needs.

Who sees it. Soul staff, on a need-to-know basis. Safety-sensitive details (medical, ID) are restricted to the staff responsible for taking you on the water. We never sell your data or use emergency contacts for marketing.

How long. While you ride with us, and up to five years after your last activity (financial records must be kept that long by law). After that your record is anonymised automatically.

Your rights. Ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it. Erasure anonymises your record immediately — your name and contacts are removed while the school's legally required financial records stay intact.
